As I said in my last watcher, Saturday was a drag ... I did not excercise at all. Over that some rich food. Wednesday I had some leg ache. 2 days lost. But then yesterday I did a 7.5 KM walk and more or less I have been consistent at about 4-5 KM a day. Today, if I do a 7.5 I would be able to counter the lack of exercise on Wednesday.Feeling good. Should be back on schedule this week :)
